Service Description
Included in Package 2 is — 7 hours of labour. A customised plan tailored to your needs & goals. Organisation of all drawers, shelving, storage nooks etc. of the chosen space- implementing easy to maintain systems. Assistance decluttering of any unneeded items. A light surface clean of all areas. Light house-keeping (tidying decor, display areas etc.) Provision of organisation storage solutions & labelling. This package is recommended for spaces like butlers pantries, walk in wardrobes, any larger area, or cluttered space. Additional charges apply for labelling, storage solutions, donation and/or rubbish removal, and travel exceeding 30km from Surfer’s Paradise QLD. Cancellation Policy
At Sugarven Systems, we aim to offer flexible and personalised services. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and successful booking experience. 1. Cancellations - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 20% penalty or forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that life happens, but this policy helps us manage our time and services effectively. 2. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may result in a 20% penalty. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 3. Additional Charges - Any additional services, such as storage solutions, labelling, donation removal, or rubbish removal, will incur extra charges. These fees will be explained before your session begins and will be due at the end of the session. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
