What’s Included in Every Package: • Personalised Consultation: A comprehensive session to understand your specific requirements and aspirations. • Customised Plan: A tailored strategy to achieve your organisational goals. • Organisation: Systematic arrangement of drawers, shelves, and storage areas to establish easy-to-maintain systems. • Decluttering Assistance: Support in removing unneeded items to free up valuable space. • Light Surface Cleaning: Gentle cleaning of all areas to enhance the freshness of your space. • Light Housekeeping: Tidying of decor and display areas to elevate the aesthetic appeal. • Provision of Storage Solutions & Labelling: Offering organisational tools and labels to keep everything in its rightful place. Please note: All prices are exclusive of GST. Additional charges apply for labelling, storage solutions, donation and/or rubbish removal, and travel exceeding 30km from Surfer’s Paradise, QLD. Package 1 – Small Space Refresh Ideal for compact areas such as wardrobes, linen cupboards, and other small spaces. • Duration: 4 hours of labour. • Focus: Implementing easy-to-maintain systems in smaller spaces to maximise functionality. Package 2 – Medium Space Makeover Recommended for spaces like butler’s pantries, walk-in wardrobes, or larger, more cluttered areas. • Duration: 7 hours of labour. • Focus: Comprehensive organisation and decluttering to transform medium-sized areas into orderly spaces. Package 3 – Whole Home Transformation The deluxe treatment for your home, suitable for comprehensive organisation of most homes or apartments. • Duration: 35 hours of labour, which can be scheduled over multiple days or within a single week for immediate results. • Includes: • On-Site Decluttering Session: An in-depth session to efficiently declutter your space, maximising available area. • Classic Labelling: Incorporated to enhance organisation.  • Premium Labels: Provision of organisational storage solutions and premium labels. • Donation and Rubbish Removal: Up to 2 large garbage bags included. • Note: Some projects may require an additional half-day session to ensure optimal results and space utilisation.
Cancellation Policy
At Sugarven Systems, we aim to offer flexible and personalised services. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and successful booking experience. 1. Cancellations - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 25% penalty or forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that life happens, but this policy helps us manage our time and services effectively. 2. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may result in a 25% penalty. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 3. Additional Charges - Any additional services, such as storage solutions, labelling, donation removal, or rubbish removal, will incur extra charges. These fees will be explained before your session begins and will be due at the end of the session. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
