Service Description
Please note this is not a cleaning service, only light cleaning will be performed. Tasks including but not limited to — - Wipe down of all surfaces - General tidy of entire home - Clearing all clutter into corresponding storage areas - Doing dirty dishes & putting away clean dishes - Laundry - including washing, drying, ironing & putting away - Making of beds & changing sheets - Changing of linens when needed incl. cushions, towels, tea towels, bath mats. - Clearing out fridge. - Taking out garbage. - Stock take, on groceries, toiletries & cleaning supplies. - Any other niche tasks specific to your needs, such as packing/unpacking suitcases, sorting packages, cycling clothing that no longer fits, meal preparation, and other suitable tasks. Clients are to supply all products and inventory. When choosing a session duration, choose the option of your desired frequency. To secure your time slot, add the required amount of sessions to cart. Eg. Thrice weekly - 3 sessions per week, add 3 to cart, and select your 3 desired time slots for the week.
Cancellation Policy
At Sugarven Systems, we aim to offer flexible and personalised services. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and successful booking experience. 1. Cancellations - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 20% penalty or forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that life happens, but this policy helps us manage our time and services effectively. 2. Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may result in a 20% penalty. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 3. Additional Charges - Any additional services, such as storage solutions, labelling, donation removal, or rubbish removal, will incur extra charges. These fees will be explained before your session begins and will be due at the end of the session. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
