How do your services work?
Step 1. Book in your free consultation via phone or in person, we discuss your goals and plans in detail, how you use the space and what you’re wanting to achieve working with us.
Step 2. We create a customised plan to suit your needs, and to achieve specially tailored results to create a beautiful space you and your family can not only enjoy, but easily maintain.
Step 3. We send over the plan and paperwork, once approved and the deposit is paid, we handle all sourcing and suppling of any organisational products, and lock in a date for the project to begin.
Step 4. We arrive on site and handle everything, you can be as hands on or off throughout the entire project, once everything’s done we show you where everything is and how to best maintain the systems put in place.
Do I have to be present suring the session?
Only if decluttering is required we wil need your input on what you’re ready to part with, otherwise you can be as hands on, or off as you like!
Do you provide storage products?
Yes! For an additional charge, we create a customised plan and mood board to suit your space and aesthetic, and bring everything along to your session,
What kind of services do you offer?
Our specialisattion is organisation, but also offer decluttering assistance, moving assistance, housekeeping and home making tasks, pre-sale soft staging, selling of items on your behalf, rubbish and donation removal, as many other home tasks.
Why hire an organiser?
Hiring an organiser is the same as hiring an accountant - you can do it yourself, but having a professional will maximise results, using expert experience and industry tricks and hacks to create long lasting results with functional systems. It takes the stress off your shoulders by managing the entire process for you, aging you valuable time. In the long run it also saves you money by preventing unnecessary purchases since you’ll know exactly what you have.
What type of spaces do you organise?
We specialise pantry’s & wardrobes, but we love to organise all other areas of the home as well, including laundry & linen cupboards, kitchens, home office, kid’s rooms, play rooms, and other areas of your home, or office.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! As a token of thanks for sharing the love, for every referred session booked, you AND your friend will receive 15% off!
What happens with decluttered items?
If you’d like items removed from your home - we take all rubbish to our local waste management centre, and anything suitable for donation is taken to the appropriate charity shop for those items.
What are your payment methods?
You are required to pay a 20% deposit through our website at time of booking, and the remaining balance can be paid by cash, bank transfer, credit card, EFTPOS, PayPal, and PayPal Pa in 4.
